About us

Our story

  1. The GAA Store team outside the original store

    The GAA Store

In a County Armagh bedroom, Padraic McKeever launched The GAA Store, an online outlet selling gaelic games products to clubs and players across Ireland.

    Our own brand

By 2009, McKvr had launched its own brand, starting with a handful of footballs and accessories. That small step set McKvr on a path to becoming a leading supplier across a multitude of sports.

    Official GAA licence

In 2020, McKvr earned its official GAA licence, allowing it to produce official teamwear at both club and inter-county level. That investment paid off in style in 2024, when Armagh lifted the Sam Maguire Cup, with McKvr as their official kit supplier.

    2024

    Team Ireland, Paris Olympics

McKvr proudly outfitted Team Ireland's Olympic and Paralympic teams at the 2024 Paris Games. For LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032, McKvr is taking that partnership even further, becoming the exclusive supplier of Team Ireland's leisurewear and apparel across all sports.

    The Clifford Range

In 2025, McKvr launched "The Clifford Range" in partnership with David Clifford. This was the first ever co-branded apparel collection by an inter-county GAA player, and another landmark in McKvr's history.
